Workout Buddy

Sometimes I like to workout alone because I can go at my own pace, listen to my music, and feel no pressure.  Other times I workout with others to push and motivate me, have a spotter on heavy lifts, and receive encouraging words when I may struggle.  Then there are the times that I like to have fun with my little ones and show them by example that hard work pays off.  This is me and my son having some fun doing a couple workouts at home.
