Protien

There are a lot of foods out there that are rich in protein.  One of my favorite foods to eat is jerky.  Beef jerky is very rich in protein averaging around 9.4 grams of protein per one ounce.  I like all kinds of jerky, however the picture shown is the jerky that I like the best.  They make and sell their jerky in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Gym Etiquette

There is no official dress code for people that go to the gym.  With that being said there are a few things that you may want to rule out. Here is a pic that I sneakily snatched from someone wearing an authentic Michael Jordan finals jersey and finals hat.  He is more than welcome to wear that if he desires, but being a sports fanatic it pains me to see something so great being ruined.  Comment below if you have seen any ridiculous attire at the gym that you would like to share.

Healthy Eating

Working out everyday does not mean a thing if you do not eat healthy. Remember to add your fruits and vegetables everyday and limit the amount of sweets that you intake.  My wife loves her myfitnesspal app on her iphone, because it helps her track everything she eats.  Making a log of the food you intake will give you a better idea on what you need to work on to live that healthier and happy life you are looking for.  Eating healthy is one key to help you build your life!
