Healthy Eating

Working out everyday does not mean a thing if you do not eat healthy. Remember to add your fruits and vegetables everyday and limit the amount of sweets that you intake.  My wife loves her myfitnesspal app on her iphone, because it helps her track everything she eats.  Making a log of the food you intake will give you a better idea on what you need to work on to live that healthier and happy life you are looking for.  Eating healthy is one key to help you build your life!
