Fitness Tips

Tip #3:
About a year ago I walked into the gym and looked up and thought; I have been doing the same routine for along time now and have hit a plateau. What can I do to get over this plateau and enjoy working out again? I started to create new workouts that I enjoy doing, and showing others. Once I changed my routine I once again started to notice gains.  If you are in a routine that you are not getting out of your plateau, or you are getting bored with working out, then change your routine and make some exercises or lifts that you will like.  Personalize your workout to you and no one else.  Once you have that desire to work hard again that is when you will notice the results that you are looking for.

Tip #2:
There are quite a few people out there that do not give enough attention to their breathing as they are working out.  Your breathing is a very important part of your exercise routines. As you inhale you take in oxygen which gets transported to your blood cells.  When you exhale you get rid of toxins like carbon dioxide.  When you breathe it help oxygenate your muscles and supply them with nutrient, rich blood.  Breathing is sometimes a difficult thing to get down, because if you breathe too fast your muscles become exhausted and it takes away endurance.  If you breathe too slow, you will not get enough oxygen to your muscles and that will take away endurance as well.  Be sure to exhale every rep when doing heavy weight. Keep up the good work!

Tip #1:
If you are taking any pre-workout powder supplement, be sure to store in a cool place where it cannot get too hot.  When the powder gets hot, you will see that it starts to clump together.  The problem with clumping is that there may be more of one ingredient than another in the clump which can cause irritation to your skin.  If you have ever experienced redness, irritation or itchiness slightly after you take your pre-workout, that could be the cause.  If you see that your powder has clumps just give your bottle a quick shake and you should be good to go.
